Campaign and Growth Manager

About the role

The Campaign & Growth Manager will drive qualified lead generation and accelerate business growth through data‑driven marketing campaigns for Job Duck. You will translate growth objectives into multi‑channel strategies that reach the right audiences with the right messages.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaign landing pages, conversion paths and user experiences.
• Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, channel strategies and budgets.
• Own marketing strategy for events and tradeshows, including promotion, lead generation and post‑event follow‑up.
• Conduct post‑campaign analysis, document learnings and adjust investments.
• Monitor performance, identify under‑performing elements and implement optimisations.
• Lead cross‑functional specialists across paid media, email, social, creative, video and website.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in growth, demand or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable lead‑generation results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise funnels, attribution and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
