Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Medellín office. You will drive the campus recruitment strategy, attracting top engineering and technical talent through internships and graduate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the campus strategy, providing high‑volume full‑cycle recruiting for students and new graduates.
• Manage day‑to‑day recruitment operations and report on campus analytics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, tailoring recruiting approaches for target schools.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, expanding Hatch’s presence via social media and other channels.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of full‑cycle, high‑volume campus recruitment experience, preferably for engineering or technical students.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) and a university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong business acumen, continuous‑improvement mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for campus programs.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities with high attention to detail.
