Case Manager – Personal Injury

About the role

Salutem Management is hiring a Case Manager with strong attention to detail and English communication skills to work on-site in Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia. The position is an independent contractor arrangement, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with payment calculated by hours worked and paid biweekly at $7.68 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement
• Communicate with clients and give them case updates
• Coordinate medical treatment and request medical records and bills
• Follow up with insurance companies and adjusters
• Organize case files, track deadlines and help with settlement demands
• Coordinate with attorneys, healthcare providers and other relevant parties

Required profile

• Attorney or law student with experience in personal injury
• Intermediate English level (B2)
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines

• Excellent follow-up and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
