Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Zara Injury Law, a personal injury firm, has opened six remote, full-time case manager positions for people living in Colombia who already handle personal injury files. The role keeps cases moving from the first day of representation to resolution, keeps clients informed and makes sure nothing slips.

Key responsibilities

• Open claims and send Letters of Representation
• Request police reports, medical records and bills, and track treatment
• Own each file and move it forward every week
• Update clients, call providers and work with adjusters
• Prepare files for demands, negotiation and the attorneys

Required profile

• At least 2 years as a case manager at a personal injury law firm
• Lives in Colombia
• Strong spoken and written English, used daily with US clients, providers and adjusters
• Motor vehicle accident (MVA) or premises liability experience is a big plus
• Experience in call centers, customer service, sales, collections, virtual assistance or other practice areas does not count; applicants must be ready to name their firms, dates and case types
