Experienced Immigration Paralegal (Business & Family)

About the role

An immigration law firm is looking for a Business & Family Immigration Paralegal to handle cases from start to finish. The position is fully remote and suits someone who wants a long-term, stable role with a supportive, calm team.

Key responsibilities

• Complete business and family immigration cases from start to finish.
• Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized case management so deadlines are met.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, guiding them through the process.
• Collaborate with the attorney and team so cases run smoothly.
• Take part in daily meetings and weekly quotas of 3 case submissions per week, and report each day what was done.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of U.S. immigration paralegal experience, including both employment-based business and family cases; fewer than 5 years means the application is rejected.
• Dedicated, loyal and seeking a long-term position.
• Caring, empathetic and client-centered.
• Comfortable working in a peaceful, collaborative environment and committed to clarity and organization.
• Remote work experience preferred, with the ability to stay focused and reliable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several cases at once.
