Cash and Trade Proc Analyst – Labor Inclusion (Disability Certification)

About the role

Citi Colombia's Investment Support & Liquidity Operations team manages the end-to-end operation of institutional investment products such as Money Market Funds, Time Deposits, cash sweep programs and liquidity structures. This Cash and Trade Proc Analyst position is part of the Labor Inclusion process for candidates with an official disability certification, and is based in Bogota on a hybrid, full-time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for Money Market Funds, Time Deposits and investment servicing activities.
• Perform daily reconciliations, exception reporting, account balancing and operational control checks.
• Assist with redemptions, maturities, funding requests, drawdowns, interest payments and cash movements.
• Support large-value transactions within established operational controls and approval requirements.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Product teams and Client Service to deliver client support, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Help investigate settlement failures, trade exceptions, reconciliation discrepancies, liquidity incidents and processing errors.
• Assist with contingency events requiring manual processing, client remediation, compensation calculations or escalations.
• Take part in system implementations, migrations, production validation testing and workflow improvements.
• Identify efficiency gains through process simplification, automation and control optimization, and help maintain procedures, documentation and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory standards and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Official disability certification issued according to Colombian regulations (the vacancy is intended for candidates in a disability situation).
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
