Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst - Bogota

About the role

Citi is hiring a Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst in Bogota to support Liquidity Management Services (LMS) operational processes. The role ensures accurate and timely handling of client requests, liquidity products and transactions, and works with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Control teams on process improvements, migrations, governance, audits and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day internal and external client queries and support transactional processing
• Proactively identify client issues and solutions, and review interest conditions on active accounts for troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve re-calculations of interest accruals, reconciliation discrepancies and sweep failures
• Act as point person for stabilizing critical operations during service disruptions
• Help resolve system outages with Technology, Product and Client Service teams
• Review internal processes and client issues and recommend improvements
• Assist in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly department reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a related role
• Professional fluency in English
• Effective verbal and written, and analytic and presentation skills
• Availability for evening shifts Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST, including overtime and weekend support for technology deployments and disaster recovery testing
