CBS PMO Program Manager

About the role

Convatec is seeking a CBS PMO Program Manager to lead continuous improvement and project management initiatives across its Global Business Services function. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will coach teams, align projects with corporate strategy, and drive performance improvements across all CBS locations.

Key responsibilities

• Align projects with the overall CBS strategy, establishing evaluation criteria, prioritisation and selection processes.
• Manage inter‑dependencies, coordinate across multiple projects and ensure clear communication of deliverables, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Support the Head of PMO in maturing the newly‑created organisation and advancing performance metrics.
• Interview business users and stakeholders to capture requirements and produce detailed business specifications for new initiatives.
• Implement short‑term operational plans (<1 year) that contribute measurably to departmental results.
• Influence internal and external parties on policies, practices and procedures to achieve operational targets.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Global Business Services, continuous improvement and project management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage several project teams simultaneously and drive organisational change.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Business analysis and requirements gathering.
