Channel Program Analyst - LATAM

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a passionate and energetic Program Analyst to manage and maintain critical workflows and operational activities within its Video Security and Access channel across LATAM. The role focuses on point of sale, inventory management and data analytics linked to partner performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve processes related to point‑of‑sale and inventory data collection.
• Create, manage and disseminate reports and insights for internal teams and channel partners.
• Communicate with partners on reporting status and compliance, and act as subject‑matter expert for data collection tools.
• Support channel management and sales organizations by addressing metric issues and driving resolutions.

Required profile

• Experience communicating with partners and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage changes to processes and support materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Willingness to work hybrid from the Bogota office, with remote options for other Colombian cities.
