Chef de punto

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de punto to lead food service operations at our point‑of‑sale location. You will ensure that every meal meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting our mission to enhance travel and culinary experiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and service at the designated point.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, HSE regulations, and internal control indicators.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address any service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and support teams to guarantee smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and cost control measures.

Required profile

• Strong passion for hospitality and food service.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Focus, discipline, and talent for leading a team.
• Experience in airport, airline, or large‑scale catering settings is a plus.
