Chief Technology Officer – Digital Services & Platform Director

About the role

We are seeking a business‑driven technology leader to head our newly merged digital transformation unit. As Chief Technology Officer and Digital Services & Platform Director, you will own a billable services organization with full P&L responsibility, integrating two distinct engineering cultures and shaping a recurring‑revenue business model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of a structured U.S. operation (INA) with a fast‑paced Colombian operation (Inmov Tech).
• Establish unified software development governance, capacity planning, and engineering standards.
• Drive the redesign of the business model toward proprietary platforms and SaaS offerings.
• Manage client‑facing, billable delivery teams, ensuring margins, billable hours, and commercial relationships.
• Oversee P&L, financial forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s in Technology Management preferred.
• 10‑12 years of technology experience, including at least 5 years leading software engineering or technology teams.
• Proven track record in billable operations with direct P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to consolidate and integrate teams with differing delivery cadences and cultures.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) for managing U.S. client relationships.
