Client Onboarding Specialist (Legal)

About the role

The Property Claims Onboarding Specialist connects newly signed clients with legal representation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to the legal team. You will conduct comprehensive onboarding calls, gather all necessary documentation, and prepare complete case files for attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Receive live transfers from Intake/Sales and welcome newly signed clients.
• Conduct detailed onboarding calls to capture the client’s property loss story and verify all relevant information.
• Collect and organize supporting documents such as photos, videos, insurance correspondence, estimates, and policy documents.
• Report new claims to insurance carriers, communicate with carriers and mortgage companies, and verify policy details.
• Document client information accurately in the case management system and prepare clear case notes for attorneys.
• Draft and process Letters of Representation and assign the appropriate legal team.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in property insurance, legal intake, claims, or client onboarding.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong phone presence, active listening, and ability to ask effective follow‑up questions.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Professionalism handling confidential client data and dependable task completion.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or case‑management software.
