Client Partnerships Manager

About the role

Outsourced, a global ISO-certified staffing provider, is hiring a Client Partnerships Manager for its global Client Partnerships team. The role owns the full client journey: working inbound leads, running discovery, designing the solution, pitching, negotiating, closing and growing the partnership once the team is in place. It is based in Colombia, partnering with clients across the U.S. and Canada during North American business hours and handling overflow for the EMEA market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of inbound leads for the region (about 20 per month, roughly one per day) and respond quickly.
• Lead consultative discovery calls to diagnose client talent, cost and scalability challenges.
• Build tailored proposals covering dedicated staffing, daily contractor and managed service options.
• Manage the pipeline in HubSpot CRM, including sequences, reporting and forecasting.
• Partner with recruitment to deliver quality candidates and a strong hiring experience.
• Stay close to clients after their team starts and grow the partnership as they scale.
• Represent the company as a trusted advisor at virtual and in-person client events.

Required profile

• 5-8+ years in B2B sales (outsourcing, staffing, SaaS, BPO or HR tech preferred).
• Proven track record selling to international clients in North America, Australia/NZ, the UK or Europe.
• Based in Colombia, with the flexibility to work client hours in the region.

Required skills

• Advanced HubSpot CRM proficiency.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
