Clinical Sales Analyst - Surgeons (Commission)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Clinical Sales Analyst for surgeons in Medellín, Colombia. The role sits in the MedTech Sales function and focuses on driving institutional sales growth and market development through strategic account management, clinical engagement and data-driven decisions. It is a commission-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market development across assigned institutional accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical education activities and technical support for customers.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage tenders, contracts and territory planning while allocating resources effectively.
• Develop forecasts, business plans and account strategies to meet commercial objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Supply Chain to deliver customer solutions.

Required profile

• Ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of medical technology and the ability to sell solutions to surgeons.
