Clinical Sales Analyst - Surgeons (Commission)

The role drives institutional sales growth and market development through strategic account management, clinical engagement and data-driven decisions, building relationships with healthcare professionals and executing commercial initiatives to expand market share in assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market development across assigned institutional accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical education activities and technical support for customers.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage tenders, contracts and territory planning while allocating resources effectively.
• Develop forecasts, business plans and account strategies to meet commercial objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Supply Chain to deliver customer solutions.
