Client Services Associate II – Patient Centered Solutions

About the role

The Client Services Associate II, Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) at ICON supports clients in licensing and implementing Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) for research studies and clinical practice. You will act as the primary contact, manage project activities and ensure high‑quality delivery of licensing and translation services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking COA licensing and translation services.
• Prepare accurate proposals, timelines and budgets based on client requirements.
• Manage requests from proposal through final delivery, including contracts, invoicing and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver licensing and translation services on time and to quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings, support negotiations and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, project management or a client‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
