Client Solutions Associate (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

As a Client Solutions Associate (Portuguese Speaker) based in our Colombia office, you will connect US clients with the right experts, ensuring project success through precise matching and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client project needs and define the ideal expert profile based on industry, target companies, departments, seniority, and specific expertise.
• Source and recruit expert candidates across LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Contact experts via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to invite them to consult on specific topics.
• Screen and vet candidates to assess expertise before presenting them to clients.
• Manage scheduling of client‑expert interviews and maintain relationships for future collaborations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with senior professionals.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate expert matching.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑2 years of work experience.
• Comfortable working with US clients, including early‑morning meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
• Basic research tools for candidate identification.
