Client Success Associate – Bogota

About the role

BVP is seeking a Client Success Associate to join its growing team in Bogota, providing excellent customer service and operational support for a diverse, global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across email, phone, client portals, and messaging platforms.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, escalating when needed.
• Assist with onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth experience for new accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM for all communications and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Station Operations, Technical, and Senior Management.
• Perform daily quality audits of station operations and surveillance reports.
• Audit calls and emails to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Review Great Upload submissions and monitor agent Norms compliance.
• Conduct incident reviews and log findings in relevant systems.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and manage data input tasks.
• Create daily quality reports and attend internal meetings.
