Client Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

Huzzle builds the future of hiring with AI-powered recruitment and a global talent network, partnering with startups and established businesses to hire remote talent. It is looking for an organised, commercially minded Customer Success / Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts and deliver an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing account management. This is a fast-paced, fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise client accounts
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests and ongoing communications
• Handle escalations and disputes (notice periods, conduct issues, client concerns) with sound judgement
• Manage client communication on billing, service delivery, account performance and operational updates
• Coordinate closely with Payroll, Talent Success, Recruitment and Operations teams
• Proactively monitor client health and surface issues early

Required profile

• 2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience or Account Executive experience
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, including 20+ accounts
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and escalations
• Highly organised, able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a recruitment, staffing or talent solutions business
• Experience with enterprise or B2B clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience collaborating with payroll or operational teams
