Client Support Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Key responsibilities

• Work scheduled shifts (8:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM‑8:00 PM EST).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience via telephone, email, chat and ticketing systems.
• Answer inbound service and technical support calls.
• Use documentation and support resources to resolve inquiries accurately.
• Handle critical or difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure timely resolution of service and payment requests.
• Identify trends and report them to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform any other tasks essential to customer satisfaction and company success.
