Clinical Research Associate I (Remote)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I) in Bogota, Colombia, working remotely. You will join a sponsor-dedicated model and contribute to the clinical trial operations function, delivering high-quality clinical trial monitoring work across ICON's clinical programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities for setting up and monitoring a study, complete accurate study status reports and maintain study documentation
• Run sponsor-generated queries efficiently and take responsibility for study cost efficiency
• Take part in preparing and reviewing study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators and site staff
• Ensure patient safety by complying with ICON's procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, science or an equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience as a CRA (on-site monitoring)
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Good social skills for handling queries in a timely manner
