Cocinero – Cook

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook (Cocinero) to join our culinary team at GCG in Bogota. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals that meet our standardized recipes and support our airport and airline catering services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver meals according to standardized recipes and schedule sheets.
• Ensure food meets organoleptic standards and complies with all quality specifications.
• Handle raw materials, ingredients and supplies efficiently within the production center.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet timing and service requirements for assigned catering points.
• Deliver finished products to the operations area as per production requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation from raw material ordering to final product delivery.
