About the role

Join GCG, a leading aviation‑catering provider with 70 years of experience across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Cocinero you will ensure high‑quality food delivery for airport and airline services, working in a multicultural environment where every meal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver meals according to standardized recipes and the established production schedule.
• Meet the specifications and timing required by the area supervisor for each assigned service point.
• Handle raw materials, ingredients, and supplies efficiently within the production centre.
• Maintain organoleptic quality of all products throughout the production process.
• Coordinate product delivery to the operations area as dictated by production requests.
• Follow internal processes such as waste control (10 % waste), 5S, VPS and DDS1 standards.
