Cocinero – Servicio de Alimentación en Aeropuerto

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cocinero to join our airport catering team in Bogota. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering high‑quality meals that meet strict timing, safety, and quality standards, supporting our mission to enhance travel experiences across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee food delivery according to the requested conditions, standardized recipes, and established timelines.
• Follow the production schedule sheet and comply with all specified activities.
• Meet supervisor specifications for each assigned service point, from raw‑material ordering to finished‑product delivery.
• Deliver finished products to the operations area as required by production requests.
• Handle raw materials, supplies, and inventory efficiently, minimizing waste.
• Maintain organoleptic quality of all products throughout the production process.
• Prepare menus in line with company‑defined processes (e.g., 10% waste, 5S, VPS, DDS1).
• Ensure BPM and quality standards are applied from raw‑material preparation to final product delivery.
• Adhere to all relevant norms, processes, and procedures.
