About the role

We are seeking a fully bilingual Commercial Growth Specialist to join a well‑established U.S. staffing firm that focuses on creative and digital talent. The role is ideal for energetic, sales‑driven professionals who thrive on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and supporting fast‑paced client engagements across marketing, design, UI/UX, and creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold‑calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective U.S. clients.
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings to feed the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and fluency in a second language.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold‑calling.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S.‑based clients by phone and email.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
