Commercial Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a fully bilingual Commercial Growth Specialist to join a well‑established U.S. staffing firm that provides creative and digital talent solutions. The role is based in Medellín and operates on a hybrid schedule, supporting U.S. clients in marketing, design, UI/UX and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Coordinate meetings, sales follow‑ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or cold calling.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with U.S.‑based clients.
• Proactive, organized and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Background in staffing, BPO, SaaS, marketing or service sales is a plus.
