Commercial Legal Counsel – Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Commercial Legal Counsel and support high‑volume review of enterprise client contracts. You will work remotely, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Security and Privacy teams to keep deals moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs) quickly and accurately.
• Identify and prioritize contract risks in areas such as liability, indemnities, IP, payment, termination, audit and insurance, and provide clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to remove signature blockers and manage timelines.
• Design and improve contract review processes using triage criteria, escalation paths, trackers and reporting tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Required profile

• Law degree and qualification as a lawyer.
• Experience as contract legal counsel handling US commercial agreements.
• Background in law‑firm contract counsel or corporate legal counsel roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Proficiency with Confluence.
