Commercial Support Specialist

About the role

Dow is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join its Commercial organization, supporting operations in Bogota and Mexico City. The role focuses on ensuring accurate forecasts, order fulfillment, and business performance monitoring while collaborating across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on forecasts and sales planning processes.
• Track customer orders to meet sales estimates and support critical accounts.
• Maintain business figures and provide insights to the commercial team.
• Participate in commercial meetings and present business status updates.
• Manage allocated volumes and monitor sample processes.
• Support CRM updates, contract development, and pricing guideline implementation.
• Utilize pricing tools such as Smartprice and Vendavo.
• Contribute to business readiness and improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in commercial support or customer service.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
