Communications Analyst

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Communications Analyst to support marketing communications initiatives across Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Central America. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing regional communications activities that align with business priorities and enhance audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives across Latin America, including Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Central America.
• Monitor and manage social media channels, paid media activities and content marketing delivered with external agencies.
• Track, analyse and report communications KPIs such as reach, engagement, click‑through rate, PR value, MQLs, email open rates and website traffic, providing insights for optimisation.
• Coordinate public‑relations, digital marketing and event projects with cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
• Create, edit and publish communication materials, articles and digital content in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and execute customer events across the region, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical experience in communications, digital marketing or social media, preferably supporting multiple markets or regional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret communications performance metrics.
• Fluent English with excellent collaboration skills across cultures.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
