Communications Associate Manager

About the role

The Communications Associate Manager will shape and execute internal, external and global communication strategies that reinforce Publicis Global Delivery’s vision and business priorities. Working across multiple regions, you will partner with senior leaders to craft clear narratives, drive engagement and support change initiatives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated communication strategies aligned with PGD’s values and objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting narrative development, change management and organizational messaging.
• Oversee PGD’s digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, managing both organic and paid initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end internal communications, including copywriting, visual asset creation, quality assurance and distribution.
• Coordinate cross‑regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution.
• Translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content for global and multicultural audiences.
• Plan, execute and follow‑up on corporate events such as Town Halls, leadership sessions, employer branding activations and community initiatives.
• Manage event budgets and vendor relationships.
