Communications & Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Boston Scientific is offering two separate internship positions within its Marketing & Communications team: a Digital Marketing & Project Management Intern and a Communications Intern focused on internal communication and culture. Candidates are considered for one of the two roles depending on their profile, skills and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Project Management Intern: support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns; collaborate on creative briefs and content production (videos, banners, publications); coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal teams and external agencies; assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting; contribute to linking digital initiatives with business outcomes such as sales, leads and brand positioning.
• Communications Intern: support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns; create content for emails, newsletters, presentations and internal platforms; collaborate on internal storytelling and employee engagement programs; assist in managing communication channels such as SharePoint and Teams; support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Currently in the final semesters of Communication, Marketing, Design, Journalism, Social Communication or a related field.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Able to manage several tasks at once in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Professional or advanced level of English, written and spoken.
• Desired: knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite or similar design tools.
• Desired: familiarity with social media, email marketing and analytics tools.
• Nice to have: experience with SharePoint, Teams, HubSpot or similar tools; interest in employer branding, digital content and DEI topics.
