Digital Marketing Intern (Paid Media, Social Media, SEO, Creative, Retail & R&D)

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern in Colombia. The internship runs from January 2027 for a minimum of 6 months, at 40-42 hours per week, and is paid. It can be done remotely or on-site or hybrid at the Medellin office.

The internship covers several areas of digital marketing: Paid Media, Research & Development (R&D), Organic Search (SEO), Social Media, Creative, and Retail Media. Interns work on real projects for international brands alongside experienced professionals and a global, cross-functional team.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Curious about the digital marketing industry and eager to learn.
• Analytical, creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating in English (B2+/C1) and interested in collaborating with international teams.
