Associate Audience Analyst

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring an Associate Audience Analyst for a fully remote position in Colombia. The role delivers high-quality audience analyses that support new business appraisals, helping to define target audiences, their behaviour, preferences and trends so that planning, targeting and creative strategies for campaigns can be shaped. It sits in the new business process and works collaboratively across several teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own new business audience analyses and manage all appraisal requirements, delivering them on time and accurately to support the revenue division
• Help the team complete audience analyses for existing clients based on new business appraisal demand
• Research, onboard and optimise new tools and technologies to improve the audience development process
• Refine the new business analysis process and templates to increase efficiency
• Use AI technologies to optimise business processes and leverage the company's Nova ecosystem
• Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and communicate timelines and roadblocks proactively

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience analysing large datasets on audience behaviour, preferences and trends to guide campaign planning, targeting and creative strategy
• Foundational understanding of media fundamentals: funnel/campaign structures, tracking, optimisation and channels
• Self-starter, organised and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with audience platforms such as Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, Global Web Index or Comscore (ideal but not required)
• Task management in Asana (required)
