Communications & Multimedia Intern

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Creative Communications & Multimedia Intern to support internal culture, communications, and employee experience initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience in graphic design, video production, and digital storytelling within a global, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphic assets for internal channels such as emails, Teams posts, newsletters, presentations, and intranet pages.
• Plan, record, and edit multimedia content including TikToks, Reels, podcasts, interviews, informational videos, and event coverage.
• Support the creation and execution of internal communication campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate on the monthly internal newsletter from content gathering to design and distribution.
• Assist in planning communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, internal events, and external activations.

Required profile

• Students enrolled in Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset with solid organizational and project‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut.
• PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience creating and editing video content for social and digital platforms.
