Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate at WeWork, you will be the primary point of contact for members, representing the brand on a daily basis and helping to create a welcoming, collaborative environment within the building.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during business hours, greeting members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Ensure all visitors sign in via the Welkio tablet and comply with WeWork’s guest policy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date building forms (pet, filming, bike room requests) and keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Notify members of deliveries, answer building‑related questions, and provide way‑finding assistance.
• Build relationships with members, anticipate their needs, and personalize their experience.
• Support community events, gather feedback, and evaluate event impact.
• Collaborate with the Community Lead and Community Manager to drive growth of WeWork services.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow established procedures.
• Team player who can take direction and support the broader community team.
