Community Chat Ambassador

About the role

As a Community Chat Ambassador you will oversee and moderate interactions within the LATAM Community Chat for Rush Street Interactive’s online gaming brands. You will foster a fun, positive environment, ensure compliance with chat rules, and help promote marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations to enforce community guidelines and address offensive language or rule violations.
• Encourage active, positive participation by starting conversations, asking questions, and sparking interesting topics.
• Resolve conflicts impartially, provide support to members, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Analyze chat activity to identify trends, problematic behavior, and areas for improvement, reporting serious issues to administrators.
• Gather and share player feedback, coordinate innovative promotions and events, and promote marketing campaigns.
• Process rewards granted through Community Chat activities accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and empathy to understand players’ emotions and needs.
• Strong conflict‑resolution abilities and capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
• Solid knowledge of the product and Community Chat rules.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain an organized environment.
• Creativity, adaptability, and flexibility in handling difficult situations.
