Consulting Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented remote Consulting Virtual Assistant to support client engagements with accurate analysis, polished business communications, and dependable documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced Excel models, reports, and client‑ready analyses.
• Model compensation plans and organize assumptions, calculations, and findings for review.
• Draft and edit client‑facing business communications with clarity and professionalism.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Word playbooks, process guides, and project documentation.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate recommendations and results.
• Use AI‑assisted tools to draft and review content, verifying accuracy, tone, and completeness before delivery.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing business writing and editing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience producing structured documentation.
• Ability to model compensation plans accurately and explain underlying assumptions.
• PowerPoint presentation development skills and sound judgment when using AI‑assisted drafting.
