Consumer Services Group Trainer (Remote)

About the role

Porch Group is seeking a Consumer Services Group Trainer to support new‑hire onboarding and ongoing development of its remote call‑center teams in Colombia. You will work closely with Trainer IIs, managers and quality assurance to ensure agents meet sales and retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Trainer II in planning and delivering onboarding for new team members, managing the nesting phase (first 1‑2 weeks of live calls).
• Provide ongoing skill‑development sessions for tenured agents and conduct remote training via Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with managers and QA to set performance rhythms, review metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain class progress records on attendance, behavior, skillsets and sales throughout training cycles.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience leading remote trainings, coaching sales or customer‑service teams.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and comfort facilitating large virtual groups.
• Flexible schedule to align with business and new‑hire needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms and Teams.
• Experience creating presentations using Canva, Google Slides or similar tools.
• Competence with e‑learning platforms and learning‑management systems.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of COP 4,500,000 – 4,900,000.
• Target monthly incentive bonus ranging from COP 40,000 to COP 140,000, based on individual performance.
• Eligibility for additional sales incentives subject to program guidelines.
