Content Creator (Freelancer) – Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated Content Creator to join WITHIN’s Creative Production team in Bogotá. The role focuses on producing short‑form, user‑generated style videos and static assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms to spot emerging trends, sounds and formats.
• Translate trends into actionable content ideas and scripts.
• Conceptualize, shoot (often with a smartphone) and edit short‑form video and static posts.
• Develop strategies to encourage and leverage user‑generated content while creating brand‑aligned UGC‑style assets.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Content Lead and broader marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand voice.
• Apply basic editing, text overlays, trending audio and simple motion‑graphics using mobile or desktop tools.
• Organise and archive raw footage, edited videos and graphics for easy access.
• Stay updated on platform best practices, algorithm changes and performance insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating engaging short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable shooting and editing videos primarily on a smartphone.
• Strong understanding of authentic UGC aesthetics and how to replicate them for brands.
• Ability to generate ideas quickly and adapt to fast‑moving social trends.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Mobile editing apps such as CapCut or InShot.
• Basic desktop editing tools like Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie or entry‑level Premiere Pro.
