Key responsibilities

• Support process owners in time‑study activities and data collection.
• Implement the operational excellence model across airport and culinary services.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute improvement projects.
• Monitor project outcomes and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
