Contract Chef

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Chef to lead food‑service operations for our airport and hospitality clients in Bogota. You will be responsible for managing the full production cycle, from raw‑material ordering to the delivery of finished meals, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Follow contract specifications and deadlines for catering services at assigned locations.
• Plan and schedule the delivery of finished products to various sales and service points.
• Optimize the use of raw materials, supplies, and inventory within the production center.
• Maintain organoleptic (taste, texture, aroma) quality of all products throughout the production process.
• Track, report, and meet production service performance indicators.
• Ensure effective menu delivery according to established processes.
