About the role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager / Paralegal to join the commercial contracts team of a global healthcare company. The position is fully remote and supports contract activities for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, revising and administering commercial agreements such as MSAs, product and service agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document intake, redline handling, signature coordination and tracking.
- Support day‑to‑day contract management tasks across the legal team.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience providing contract support, preferably with commercial agreements.
- Fluent Spanish speaker with ability to work independently.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
