Contract Renewal Specialist

About the role

Sonatype is seeking a Contract Renewal Specialist to manage the renewal and expansion of software subscription contracts. The role ensures timely renewal of customer agreements, supports revenue retention, and contributes to maintaining the company’s high renewal rate.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to efficiently close renewals and related expansions.
• Review renewal information, usage data, and subscription history to propose appropriate renewal options.
• Proactively identify upcoming renewals and engage customers well before expiration dates.
• Educate customers on subscription options that align with their current and future product goals.
• Prepare renewal quotes and ordering documents, ensuring execution according to Sonatype’s policies and procedures.
• Support customers to ensure they are successful and delighted with Sonatype products and services.
