Controlling Analyst – Finance (Bogotá)

About the role

Join IDEMIA Secure Transactions in Bogotá as a Controlling Analyst, contributing to monitoring and improving financial performance. You will partner with business leaders to support informed decisions and drive profitability and cash performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate financial closing data and performance.
• Analyze profitability, cash flow and financial risks.
• Partner with business and operational teams to define and follow up on improvement actions.
• Coordinate financial cycles including budget, forecast and monthly performance reviews.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for Management.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mid‑level professional with relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to challenge and influence business decisions.
• Intermediate English for financial reports, documentation and occasional meetings with global teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
