Cook – Airport & Culinary Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cook to join our culinary team that serves airport and airline catering operations in Bogota. Working closely with the Chef, you will help deliver high‑quality meals that meet strict specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the Chef’s specifications and deadlines for food service at assigned points of sale.
• Manage the full production cycle from raw material ordering to finished product delivery.
• Handle raw ingredients, supplies, and equipment efficiently within the production center.
• Ensure organoleptic quality and safety of all products throughout the production process.
• Prepare diverse menus in accordance with established company procedures.
