Cost Manager – Construction Projects

About the role
The Cost Manager will work on construction projects, travelling to on‑site locations outside Bogotá. You will be responsible for cost planning, tendering, contract administration and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare feasibility studies, procurement reports and final cost plans, and present them to stakeholders.
- Manage tendering processes, including pre‑qualification, tender analysis, and preparation of contractual documents.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, review payment applications and produce monthly post‑contract cost reports.
- Handle post‑contract cost variances, change control processes and final account negotiations.
- Lead or support a cost management team, ensuring accurate cost checks, valuations and knowledge capture.
Required profile
- 6‑8 years of professional experience in construction cost management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local market costs and high accuracy in cost estimating.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
