Country Sales Manager – Colombia

About the role

United is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the sales and marketing strategy for Colombia. The role combines commercial leadership with public relations, corporate communications, and government affairs, acting as the company’s legal representative in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and measure the country‑wide sales and marketing plan.
• Lead public relations, corporate communications and industry/government affairs initiatives.
• Manage relationships with alliance partners, corporate and agency clients, and key distributors.
• Monitor competitors, marketing campaigns, product offerings and agency commissions, providing feedback to regional leadership.
• Serve as the legal representative for United in Colombia.
• Coordinate with headquarters functions such as Scheduling, Legal, HR and Finance.
• Mentor and develop local sales talent to strengthen United’s market position.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of sales management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and financial acumen.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia without sponsorship.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and successful interview completion.
