Sales Assistant Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Assistant Coordinator to support a U.S.-based sales operation remotely. You will be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and help manage leads, quotes, bids, and the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Capture, qualify, and route new customer inquiries to the appropriate sales team member.
• Distribute approved quotes and proposals and confirm receipt with customers.
• Conduct proactive phone and email follow‑ups on open quotes.
• Research bid opportunities and coordinate approved bid submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Escalate complex customer needs and high‑value opportunities.
• Participate in regular sales check‑ins and pipeline reviews.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer service, or bid coordination.
• Exceptional spoken and written English for professional phone and email communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, persistent approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines within structured workflows.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Experience using cloud‑based communication, scheduling, and document‑management tools.
