About the role

As an Associate at Infoquest in Bogotá, you will act as the bridge between clients and industry experts, driving outreach, sourcing, and negotiation to fulfill client requests quickly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Research and understand new markets, industries, and client needs to develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify and source experts using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools.
• Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails, and messages to engage potential experts.
• Negotiate participation, handle objections, and secure expert commitments.
• Screen experts through qualification calls and ensure compliance with data security policies.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, outreaches, and expert confirmations.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of professional experience in business, research, or client‑facing roles.
• Business‑fluent English for outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Eligibility to work in Colombia.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills; experience meeting KPI targets is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
