Country Sales Manager

About the role

ITSense Inc. is seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market development in Colombia. Based in Bogota, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to contract signing, while collaborating closely with technical and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve country‑level sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and close complex B2B deals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams.
• Manage key accounts, lead client meetings and presentations, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Contribute to local go‑to‑market, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
• Represent ITSense at industry events, networking activities, and provide competitive insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account‑management experience in technology, software, or digital solutions.
• Strong business‑development track record, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.
• Ability to translate technical solutions (software, data, AI) into clear business value.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with market analysis, sales forecasting, and country‑level sales strategy.
• Leadership capability to mentor sales teams or cross‑functional groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA or master’s a plus.
